This paper takes the U.S. Army Network Centric Warfare (NCW) as the entry point, analyzes the key influencing factors of NCW for force transformation in the information age, describes the two phases of NCW capability assessment-the process of validating NCW chain hypotheses and the process of assessing NCW force construction progress, and finally summarizes The insights for the development of network-centric forces in our military are summarized.
