    摘要:

    针对现有某设备频率合成器模块的测试主要依赖人工测试,存在测试过程复杂、重复操作较多、效率低下且人为获取结果容易造成偏差或错误及产品性能可靠性不高等问题,研究设计了一种基于应用程序开发框架(QtToolkit,QT)的自动测试系统。通过设计测试工装,调用VISA I/O 库与编写SCPI 命令完成对测试工装、仪器仪表和频率合成器的程控设置,实现测试指令的自动下发及测试结果的自动获取、分析与处理。验证结果表明,该系统具有效率高、稳定性强、可靠性高等优点,为产品的生产交付提供了坚实有效的保障,具有重要的实用价值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the current testing of the frequency synthesizer module of certain equipment mainly relies on manualtesting, which has issues such as complex testing process, numerous repetitive operations, low efficiency, and potential deviations orerrors in manually obtaining results, as well as low product performance reliability, an automatic testing system based on QT wasstudied and designed. The system completes the program control settings of testing fixtures, instruments, and frequency synthesizerby designing dedicated testing fixtures, calling the VISA I/O library, and writing SCPI commands, and automatically issues testinginstructions and acquisition, analysis, and processing of testing results. The validation results show that the system has theadvantages of high efficiency, strong stability, and high reliability, which provides a solid and effective guarantee for the productionand delivery of products, and has significant practical value
