Abstract:Aiming at the current testing of the frequency synthesizer module of certain equipment mainly relies on manualtesting, which has issues such as complex testing process, numerous repetitive operations, low efficiency, and potential deviations orerrors in manually obtaining results, as well as low product performance reliability, an automatic testing system based on QT wasstudied and designed. The system completes the program control settings of testing fixtures, instruments, and frequency synthesizerby designing dedicated testing fixtures, calling the VISA I/O library, and writing SCPI commands, and automatically issues testinginstructions and acquisition, analysis, and processing of testing results. The validation results show that the system has theadvantages of high efficiency, strong stability, and high reliability, which provides a solid and effective guarantee for the productionand delivery of products, and has significant practical value
