The paper takes the U.S. Army Network Centric Warfare (NCW) as the entry point, analyzes the key influencingfactors of NCW for force transformation in the information age, describes the two phases of NCW capability assessment, which arethe process of validating NCW chain hypotheses and the process of assessing NCW force construction, and finally summarizes theinsights for the development of network-centric forces are summarized.
