Abstract:In ground-to-air communication systems, the complex propagation environment is affected by multipathpropagation leading to severe fading problems at receiver. The application of diversity combing techniques in combating channelfading is studied, a detailed analysis of the principles behind diversity combing technique is provided. A comparative analysis wasconducted on commonly used diversity combing technique, and their effectiveness was simulated and verified. The research offerstechnical support for the application of diversity combing technique in communication equipment.
