Abstract:Aiming at the current testing of the frequency synthesizer module of a certain equipment mainly relies on manual testing, which has issues such as complex testing process, numerous repetitive operations, low efficiency, and potential deviations or errors in manually obtaining results, as well as low product performance reliability, an automatic testing system based on QT was studied and designed. The system completes the program control settings of testing fixtures, instruments, and frequency synthesizer by designing dedicated testing fixtures, calling the VISA I/O library, and writing SCPI commands, and automatically issues testing instructions and acquisition, analysis, and processing of testing results. The validation results show that the system has the advantages of high efficiency, strong stability, and high reliability, which provides a solid and effective guarantee for the production and delivery of products, and has significant practical value.
